E70: Change facilitation has changed

Connected Change™ is all about leading successful change within the context of the organization. And the context of many organizations has rapidly changed in the past 5 years.  Now, we are leading change in virtual and hybrid environments.

Many of us are used to doing things manually (flip chart and sticky notes, anyone?) How do we now translate these important facilitation events into the new virtual world?

In this episode, I get into the importance of:

  1. Planning your facilitation events, thinking about pre-and post work that can happen outside of the virtual “room”

  2. Breaking up asynchronous and synchronous work

  3. Clarifying and promoting what we are doing so others get visibility into the process

  4. Being inclusive in a virtual space

  5. How these activities need to link into the communications strategy

PS. I'm giving away my free guide on how to lead successful facilitations in hybrid and virtual environments in this month's newsletter. Want a copy?  Sign up here.
